How To Register Your Child
Follow the steps below to complete your child's registration.
Step 1: Create a Parent Account
If you are a new family, begin by creating a Parent Account through the Parent Portal on our website. This account will be used to manage all of your children's memberships.
Already have a Parent Account? You can skip this step and move on to Step 2.
Step 2: Add Your Child(ren) to Your Parent Account
Before you can register your child, they must be added as a contact under your Parent Account.
If your child has not been added as a contact, you will not be able to create a membership for them.
Step 3: Start a New Membership
From your Parent Account, click on the parent's contact, then select "New Membership."
Important: The membership must start from the parent's contact, not the child's. This ensures that the parent receives the confirmation email and a copy of the Terms and Conditions that were agreed to during registration.
Step 4: Select the Correct Club Location
After clicking "New Membership," you will be asked to choose your child's Club location.
Please be sure to select the correct location. If the wrong location is selected, your child will not appear on the correct Club's roster.
Having trouble getting past this step?
The most common reason is that there is an outstanding balance on your household account. Our system will not allow a new membership to be created until any existing balance has been paid in full.
Step 5: Complete the Membership Form
Fill out all required membership information.
Please answer every question before moving on to the next step.
Step 6: Review and Sign
Carefully review the Boys & Girls Club policies and procedures, then sign your name electronically to acknowledge that you have read and agree to them.
Once you submit the form, your child's membership registration is complete! Thank you for registering with the Boys & Girls Club. We look forward to seeing your family at the Club!
